General Ledger reports include a Balance Sheet and Operating Statements. Operating Statements can be printed for revenue only, expenses only or a combination of the two. The Extended Operating Statement has a current period, current Y-T-D, same period last year, last year Y-T-D, budget, remaining budget and remaining budget percentage. General Ledger transaction entry will not allow unbalanced transactions. | |
| Accounts Payable |
Accounts Payable is designed for ease of use. When entering an invoice, split the bill into as many line items as necessary. | |
| Payroll | Enter payroll information alphabetically by department. State unemployment, 941, W2's and many other reports are available. When voiding paychecks, all the appropriate general ledger entries are made as well as adjustments of totals for the employee. | |
