The Prairifire Cemetery
Program screens are easy to follow. Below is a sample of some of
the data entry screens you will be using when working with PCP.
 The Sections menu option is the starting point for the whole program. Here is where the information about a particular section of a cemetery is created. Enter the number of rows of lots and the number of lots per row and let the program create the graphical representation of that section. Enter the number of rows and columns for the majority of the burial sites in this section. The layout of any particular section can be changed whenever the lot is edited. When the Create Map button is pressed the program sets up the map, lots, and sites of this section of the cemetery.

Pressing the View Map button on the above screen will bring up a graphical representation of the section just created. Change the color of the blocks to indicate the sold or available lots, roads and paths. Then double click on the block and edit the lot information and view a graphical representation of the burial sites. Double click on each site and view the site description, and the owner and deceased in this site. Perpetual care instructions can also be accessed by clicking on the Perpetual Care button. Owner and deceased information can be accessed.

The Lot Owners menu option is a quick screen used to add, edit or delete lot owner information. Instead of trying to find the lot and burial sites that a person owns and editing their information through that screen, come here and modify it.

The Burials menu option is also a quick screen to edit burial information on a specific lot and site. Rather than go through several screens trying to
find the site, if you know the section, lot and site number, come here and edit the information.
